Bitter Mac

  • 1 1/2 oz blended Scotch whisky
  • 3/4 oz Becherovka
  • 1/2 oz Maple rich syrup (equal parts maple syrup and rich simple syrup)
  • 3 drops Lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 twists of Lemon
  • Cinnamon smoke
  • Scotch mist

Smoke glass with burning cinnamon stick while stirring the liquid ingredients together with ice. Strain over large ice cube into rocks glass. Garnish with two twists of lemon and spray with atomised peaty Scotch.
