- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 10-11 mint leaves
- splash of soda
- 1 1/2 oz charcoal infused Wray and Nephew overproof rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: lime wedge and fresh mint
In a tall glass muddle the syrup and mint leaves with a splash of soda, add the rum and lime juice, fill the glass half full with ice and stir, top up with more ice and soda, garnish with a lime wedge, fresh mint and serve.
