Lo’ihi

  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: crushed dried Jalapeno, sprig of rosemary

Wet the rim of a chilled Pilsner glass with lime juice and dip into crushed Jalapeno, fill glass with ice. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
